Rates of overweight and obesity are rising steadily in Canada and there is increasing evidence linking excess fat and inactivity to health problems.
Nutrition is key for weight lost and weight management. It is true "you are what you eat" and "abs are made in the kitchen".
My job as a trainer and a coach is to help educate clients to make better choices and lead healthier lives! There is so much information out there. It can be confusing and overwhelming.
I strive to help my clients understand the benefits of healthy eating and regular activity and show them how it can enhance their life. It's all about balance.
